Every replacement is a full system: tear-off to the decking, rotted sheathing replaced, ice-and-water shield at eaves and valleys, synthetic underlayment, new drip edge, ridge ventilation, and matching cap shingles — in GAF Timberline HDZ, Owens Corning Duration, or CertainTeed Landmark. Installed properly, these roofs run 25–30 years, and ours carry a written workmanship warranty on top of the manufacturer’s coverage.
